Subscription & Refund Terms

These Subscription & Refund Terms govern your paid access to STACKED, operated by Verbic Holdings LLC. They are part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By subscribing you agree to these terms.

1. Plans & Add-Ons

STACKED is offered as a recurring subscription, billed monthly or annually, with optional paid add-on modules and bundles that unlock additional features. The plans, add-ons, and current prices are shown at checkout on stackedsheet.com. The features included in each plan may change over time as described in the Terms of Service.

2. Billing & Automatic Renewal

When you subscribe, you authorize Verbic Holdings LLC, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method the applicable fee. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price, using your payment method on file, until you cancel. By subscribing you consent to these recurring charges.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at fredrikemilverbic@gmail.com. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, and it will not renew after that. You keep access to paid features through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refund policy — please read carefully. Except where a refund is required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or add-ons already purchased. You can cancel anytime and will retain access until the end of your current period.

4. No Refunds

Because STACKED is a digital service delivered immediately upon purchase, and except where a non-waivable legal right to a refund applies to you, we do not offer refunds. This includes, without limitation: monthly or annual subscription fees; add-on and bundle purchases; and renewals that occur because a subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date. We encourage you to review the Service and its free or demonstration features before purchasing. Where the law of your jurisdiction grants you a mandatory refund or withdrawal right that cannot be waived, that right still applies and prevails over this section.

5. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices. Any change to the recurring price of an existing subscription will take effect at your next renewal, and we will give you reasonable advance notice (for example, by email or in-app) before it applies. If you do not agree to a new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect. Continuing your subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Failed Payments

If a charge fails, we (or our payment processor) may retry the charge and may suspend or downgrade your access until payment succeeds. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. We are not responsible for fees your bank or card issuer may charge you.

7. Taxes

Prices may exclude applicable taxes. Where we are required to collect sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes, they will be added at checkout or as required by law, and you are responsible for any such taxes associated with your purchase.

8. Legacy & Prior Purchases

If you previously purchased a one-time or lifetime version of a STACKED product, any access or grandfathering associated with that purchase is governed by the terms presented to you at the time of that purchase. Nothing here reduces a right you were expressly granted then.

9. Free Trials & Promotions

If we offer a free trial or promotional price, its specific terms will be disclosed when offered. Unless stated otherwise, a trial converts to a paid subscription at the standard price when it ends unless you cancel beforehand, and only one trial or promotion may be used per person.
