This Privacy Policy explains how Verbic Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use STACKED and the website at stackedsheet.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Account information — such as your email address and password credentials when you register.
Your trading data — the trades, dates, sizes, notes, payouts, journal titles, dashboard layouts, colors, presets, and settings you enter. This is data you create; it describes your own record-keeping and is not obtained from any broker or prop firm by us.
Communications — information you send us when you contact support.

Information collected automatically

Usage and device data — such as log data, browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and how you interact with the Service, collected to keep it secure and working.
Cookies and similar technologies — used for authentication (keeping you logged in) and essential functionality. We do not sell your personal information.

Payment information

Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full payment-card number. The processor handles that information under its own privacy policy and security standards, and shares with us only limited data needed to manage your subscription (such as billing status and the last digits of your card).

to provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Service and your account;
to process subscriptions, payments, and entitlements;
to calculate and display the metrics, charts, and analytics you request from your own data;
to respond to your support requests and communicate with you about the Service;

Service providers — vendors who host our infrastructure and database, process payments, and provide analytics or email delivery on our behalf, bound to protect your information and use it only to provide their services to us.

Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy.

Your data is stored with our hosting and database providers using access controls designed so that each user can access only their own records. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account and trading data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your data from within the Service (for example, using the reset-all-data control on your account), and you may ask us to delete your account. After deletion we remove or de-identify your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. 7. International Users

We operate from the United States, and your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your own. By using the Service you consent to this transfer and processing.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
